Come appointment day...

Route 3 can be backed up at times, especially Fridays & Saturdays during the summer and winter months. Plan ahead!

If you’re running late, please give us a call at 781.826.7600 to let us know so that we can adjust our schedule accordingly to ensure you are still seen!

It is always a good idea to eat & make sure you are well hydrated beforehand!

Identification and age information...

18+ MUST have a government issued ID. We accept Driver’s License, Permit, State ID, Passport, or Military ID.

MINORS aged 16-17 require long form birth certificate for every visit and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Minors are required to have an ID as well.

Unfortunately, due to Board of Health age restrictions, we are unable to pierce or assist minors 15 years of age & younger.

All necessary identification is required to be shown upon each visit including follow ups or jewelry changes etc.

Piercing FAQ...

If you’re getting your navel pierced please do not wear high-waisted jeans to your appointment. We recommend wearing yoga pants.

If you are getting your nipples pierced (females) it is recommended to wear a sports bra after the procedure as most girls say the pressure feels best on their new piercings.

After getting pierced, common side effects may include bleeding, bruising, swelling, redness, and irritation.

It is recommended to not consume alcohol, blood thinning medications, etc. for 24-48 hours before getting pierced.

If you’re piercing an area you shave regularly it is recommended to shave beforehand as your new piercing will impair the ability to shave.

If you’ve had surgery or broken a bone we recommend waiting 6 weeks from the surgery or injury date since your body is focusing on healing that wound.

We will NOT pierce anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

We will NOT pierce you if you are pregnant.

Children are not allowed in the procedure areas & we ask that you do not leave them unattended in our lobby.

At times we may run behind as certain procedures unexpectedly take more time than planned. We try our best to avoid these situations and appreciate your patience.
